What we collect

We use your email only to send news about pennroe drops, product releases, and related shop updates. We do not sell your email. You can unsubscribe using the link in any message, or by emailing hello@pennroe.com.

Legal basis

For the mailing list, our legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Processors

Email signup and delivery are handled by Resend (contacts and transactional / broadcast email). The site may be hosted on a service such as Cloudflare Pages or Vercel. Those providers process data on our behalf under their terms.

How long we keep data

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or request portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
